Personal information and consent-All personal information such as account details and full name will be kept confidential. The same will be asked of the commissioner.-All NSFW art involving another person's character will require the owner's permission and approval.-I can and will refuse accepting the commission that involves any topic/content that makes me uncomfortable.-Surprise art can be made as long as there is an acquaintance relationship between the owner and the commissioner.Rights and ownership-Commissions made are for personal and private use only. Commissioners do not have the rights to benefit from my art in any way, including merchandise, prints, direct selling or
converting them into NFT.-If any of my art shall be used as a profile pic, it can be done but the credit should be added in the bio or any other visible place.-It is forbidden to remove my personal watermark, however a watermark-free version can be made, for exclusively private use.-Commissioned art will be posted in my social media account and will be posted as such.-I will never claim ownership of the character(s), only of the art posted.
